What is a "dev credit"?

A dev credit is a support request that can be used for custmizations to your website, inluding content editing, landing page creation, keyword reseach, speed optimizations, and much more. Dev credits are worth one hour of work.

Do dev credits roll over each month?

No, dev credits do not roll over each month. If you find you're paying for more credits than you need, we'd be happy to downgrade your maintenance plan to one with less dev credits per month.

How long will it take to complete my request?

We strive to complete support requests as fast as possible. Generally, all support requests are completed within 1 business day. Upon request, we'll give you an estimated timeframe of when it will be completed.

What if my request takes more than an hour?

If your support request takes more than an hour, or more than the amount of dev credits you have with your monthly plan, we'll let you know upfront and send a payment request for the remaining time not covered by your dev credits.

Do I have to be on a plan to get support?

Of course not. We'd be happy to help even if you aren't on a plan. Just contact us and let us know what you need help with and we'll send you an estimate.

How do I pay for a maintenance plan?

You can pay for your maintenance plan online with your credit or debit card through the invoice we send. We can also take payments over the phone.
